EPIC School Programs

Empowering Middle School Leaders

The EPIC School Programs bring transformative leadership development directly into middle schools, equipping students with the confidence, skills, and mindset to succeed academically, socially, and personally. These in-school empowerment programs are designed to be engaging, interactive, and impactful, fostering leadership and character growth during the school day.

Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment School Program

The Eryn PiNK School Program is designed for middle school girls to develop leadership skills, self-confidence, and positive peer relationships. Through structured lessons, group discussions, and interactive activities, girls learn about:
✔ Personal branding & self-worth
✔ Public speaking & communication
✔ Teamwork & creative problem-solving
✔ Leadership & character development
✔ Conflict resolution & decision-making

Boys of ICE  Empowerment School Program

The Boys of ICE  Empowerment School Program provides middle school boys with a foundation in leadership, accountability, and resilience. Boys engage in structured mentorship and hands-on learning experiences focused on:
✔ Character development & responsibility
✔ Leadership & teamwork
✔ Self-discipline & decision-making
✔ Conflict resolution & emotional intelligence
✔ Goal setting & academic accountability

These programs are facilitated during the school day to ensure accessibility and consistency for students. Schools interested in hosting an EPIC School Program can bring these life-changing experiences directly to their students, fostering a culture of leadership and personal growth.
