Eryn Pink Girl Empowerment

What is Eryn Pink Girl Empowerment?

Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment is a gender-focused program of EPIC Youth designed to inspire and mentor girls and teens. Rooted in the story of Eryn PiNK, a fictional 12-year-old character, this program provides girls with a positive representation of who they can be today. Since 2011, Eryn PiNK has empowered girls through school-based programs, community workshops, events, and speaking engagements.

We teach girls to live with PURPOSE. Our mission is to inspire them to set high standards, exceed expectations, and confidently navigate their journeys. Through engaging workshops and events, we emphasize academic excellence, personal branding, self-care and hygiene, resisting peer pressure, decoding media influences, and celebrating the joy of girlhood.

Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment is not just a program—it’s a movement that nurtures leadership, self-worth, and personal growth, ensuring that every girl recognizes her power, voice, and potential.

All accepted volunteers will be required to complete a FBI/BCI Check.

Eryn PiNK is a vibrant yet shy preteen who often keeps to herself. She is self-disciplined and mature for her age but isn’t in a rush to grow up. She finds joy in reading fairy tales and writing inspirational stories in her free time.

Eryn PiNK lives in a single-parent home with her mother, who works long hours to provide for her. While her mother ensures she has everything she needs materially, she struggles to connect with Eryn PiNK’s emotional needs and the changes she is experiencing. As a result, Eryn PiNK sometimes feels lonely, misunderstood, and overwhelmed by peer pressure and the ever-changing world around her.

During these moments, she turns to the Eryn PiNK Pledge—a powerful affirmation that reminds her she is a girl with purpose. She understands that her thoughts and words hold power, shaping her confidence and guiding her forward.
