Since 2011, Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment and Boys of ICE have been shaping young leaders, instilling confidence, and building strong character. Now, we’re taking our impact to the next level. Introducing EPIC Youth—a bold, unified movement that empowers even more young people to lead, grow, and succeed!

EPIC is more than just a description of our standard—it’s an acronym coined by our incredible staff member and role model, Ms. Terrionna, which stands for Eryn PiNK and ICE.

As we evolve into EPIC Youth, we are expanding our mission to provide deeper, broader, and more transformative opportunities by:

• Expanding post-secondary opportunities through internships and targeted programs for college-age men and women, ensuring they are equipped for career and life success.
• Strengthening families with programs that equip parents and caregivers to support their children’s growth.
• Increasing community access by transforming our current and future youth center into a resource hub for schools, youth-serving organizations, and families—creating collaborative spaces for learning, leadership, and life skills development.
