The EPIC Summer Experience offers students a dynamic and immersive program designed to cultivate both professional growth and personal adventure. Throughout the summer, participants engage in enlightening field trips to prominent corporations, providing invaluable insights into various industries and fostering career development. These excursions offer students unique opportunities to interact with professionals, witness real-world applications of their studies, and gain a firsthand understanding of corporate cultures. On alternate days, the program encourages outdoor activities, fostering team building, resilience, and a holistic approach to personal development. Whether exploring innovative workplaces or navigating outdoor challenges, the EPIC Summer Experience creates a well-rounded and unforgettable journey, equipping students with practical skills, industry knowledge, and a sense of camaraderie that extends beyond the classroom. 

EPIC Nine Weekly Summer Program Schedule

The EPIC Summer Program will run for nine weeks, meeting every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning Tuesday, June 9, 2026, through Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Please Note:
There will be no program on:

• Tuesday, July 7
• Thursday, July 9

All other Tuesday and Thursday sessions will be held as scheduled.

Consistent attendance is expected and essential to your experience and growth in the program.

• Mandatory Dates: All students are required to attend June 9 and August 6.
• Absences: Students may miss up to 4 days throughout the summer. After 4 days students will be removed from the program
• Communication: All absences must be communicated to staff in advance.
• Students will be required to pack their own lunch. Snacks will be provided. Lunch will be provided on specific dates and you will be notified prior. If your student has a diet restriction please plan to pack their lunch weekly. 
• Failure to notify staff or exceeding the allowed absences may result in additional costs or impact program participation.

Program  Registration Fee: $250 (Non-refundable) 

Time: 10:00 PM – 2:30 PM (TIME WILL VARY THROUGHOUT THE SEASON DEPENDING ON THE DISTANCE OF FIELD TRIP)

Location: Each morning students will be dropped off and picked up at EPIC Youth Center unless specified. Transportation to and from field trips will be provided.

A mandatory in-person parent meeting will be scheduled in May 28 at 6:30 PM.

• Swim Safety 
• Kayaking 
• Zoombezi Bay
