Empowering the Next Generation Through Leadership, Education, and Economic Justice
At ICE Mentors, we believe that economic justice begins with access to education, mentorship, and opportunities for financial empowerment. The Heritage and His•Time Mentoring Programs, offered in partnership with Franklin County Job and Family Services, are designed to provide Black and underserved youth with the skills, support, and knowledge necessary to break cycles of economic disparity, build generational wealth, and become leaders in their communities.
These programs are exclusively available to youth referred by Franklin County Job and Family Services, ensuring that students most in need of mentorship and support have access to life-changing resources.
Our programs operate on a 60-20-20 model to ensure measurable impact:
✔ 60% of students improve behavior and decision-making through mentorship and accountability.
✔ 20% of students acquire new skills in leadership, financial literacy, and career development.
✔ 20% of students develop a succession plan, helping them create a roadmap for their future success.
Through this structured approach, students are not only gaining knowledge but also transforming their behaviors, developing key skills, and building clear pathways to long-term success.
