The Boy of ICE Leadership program is a dynamic and comprehensive leadership development initiative designed specifically for middle school boys. This program aims to empower young boys with the essential skills, values, and mindset required to become confident and effective leaders. Through a series of interactive workshops, reflective activities, and practical exercises, participants will gain a deep understanding of their personal strengths and areas for growth, develop a strong sense of their core values, and learn to navigate the complexities of leadership with integrity and confidence. 

Program Delivery Structure

The BOYS OF ICE Middle School Leadership Program is delivered in two distinct seasonal cohorts, providing flexibility for students to engage based on availability, while also allowing for deeper learning and multi-year participation. Each cohort requires a new registration each season. Each cohort builds on the program’s core values of identity, confidence, and leadership, offering intentional space for middle school girls to grow, reflect, and lead.

Men of ICE Middle School Leadership Program Objectives

Fall Cohort (September – December)  Unit 1: I can Lead Myself

Winter Cohort (January – April) Unit 2:  I Can Lead Others 

1. Self-Discovery & Reflection
   Help boys explore their strengths, values, and goals to build self-awareness and confidence.

2. Mission Statement Creation
   Guide students in defining a personal mission rooted in their identity and purpose.

3. Positive Personal Branding
   Teach how to build a strong reputation through integrity, responsibility, and respectful behavior.

4. Communication Skills
   Develop effective speaking, listening, and feedback skills for school, life, and leadership.

5. Problem Solving & Decision-Making
   Equip boys to think critically, handle challenges, and learn from mistakes with confidence.
