The Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program is a dynamic leadership development academy designed to empower middle school girls with the skills, values, and mindset needed to become confident and effective leaders. Through interactive workshops, reflective activities, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore their personal strengths, develop a strong sense of core values, and learn to navigate leadership challenges with integrity and confidence.

Program Delivery Structure: Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program

The Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program is delivered in two distinct seasonal cohorts, providing flexibility for students to engage based on availability, while also allowing for deeper learning and multi-year participation. Each cohort requires a new registration each season. Each cohort builds on the program’s core values of identity, confidence, and leadership, offering intentional space for middle school girls to grow, reflect, and lead.

Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program – Core Objectives

Fall Cohort (September – December)  Unit 1: I Can Lead Myself

Eryn PiNK supports the social, emotional, academic, and leadership development of middle school girls during a critical stage of adolescence.

Through our Personal Leadership curriculum, participants build competencies in:

• Self-Awareness & Identity Development — strengthening their understanding of personal values, strengths, interests, and identity.
• Self-Efficacy & Confidence — developing belief in their ability to make decisions, overcome challenges, and advocate for themselves.
• Social-Emotional Learning — recognizing emotions, practicing self-regulation, demonstrating empathy, and making responsible decisions.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills — learning to communicate effectively, establish healthy boundaries, collaborate, and navigate peer relationships.
• Conflict Resolution — developing strategies to manage disagreements, problem-solve, and respond constructively to conflict.
• Personal Leadership & Agency — strengthening accountability, decision-making, goal setting, and ownership of personal growth.
• STEM & Career Exploration — building curiosity, problem-solving, and exposure to mechanical engineering and STEM career pathways.
• Peer Collaboration & Belonging — learning to share space, value different perspectives, and build supportive relationships with other girls.

The goal: Girls leave Eryn PiNK with greater confidence, self-awareness, personal agency, and the skills to successfully navigate school, relationships, and future opportunities.
