Eryn PINK MIDDLE SCHOOL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program is a dynamic leadership development academy designed to empower middle school girls with the skills, values, and mindset needed to become confident and effective leaders. Through interactive workshops, reflective activities, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore their personal strengths, develop a strong sense of core values, and learn to navigate leadership challenges with integrity and confidence.

Program Delivery Structure: Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program

The Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program is delivered in two distinct seasonal cohorts, providing flexibility for students to engage based on availability, while also allowing for deeper learning and multi-year participation. Each cohort requires a new registration each season. Each cohort builds on the program’s core values of identity, confidence, and leadership, offering intentional space for middle school girls to grow, reflect, and lead.

Eryn PiNK Middle School Leadership Program – Core Objectives

Fall Cohort (September – December)  Unit 1: I can Lead Myself

Winter Cohort (January – April) Unit 2:  I Can Lead Others 

1. Self-Discovery & Reflection
   Help girls explore their strengths, values, and goals to build self-awareness and confidence.

2. Mission Statement Development
   Guide students in creating a personal mission that reflects their identity and aspirations.

3. Personal Branding
   Teach girls how to represent themselves with integrity and align their actions with their values.

4. Communication Skills
   Strengthen public speaking, active listening, and the ability to express ideas clearly and respectfully.

5. Problem Solving & Decision-Making
   Equip students to approach challenges with confidence, resilience, and critical thinking.
