Boys of ICE School Program

The Boys of ICE School Program is an interactive school program designed to develop and improve competencies such as self-awareness, self-management, social- awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making skills in boys.

Program Format

• Six-week program per school with up to 20 boys each.

The Men of ICE School Program Objectives

• Define purpose and introduces the concept of living intentional through personal leadership skills.
• Practice essential competencies boys need to become effective leaders.
• Provides leadership opportunities within the program and in the community to practice leadership skills.
• Provide opportunities for boys to identify their strengths and interests while exploring ways to use them in their lives by increasing their self-confidence.
• Develop communication skills by immersing boys in engaged conversations with their peers and mentors to increase confidence and public speaking skills with adults and peers.
• Provide opportunities for boys to practice self-discipline and self-control through physical and team activities.
• Encourage increased academic success and character development.
