The ICE Boy Empowerment Program is a gender-focused initiative of EPIC Youth, designed to equip boys and young men with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to grow into strong, purpose-driven leaders. ICE stands for Image, Character, and Etiquette—three core principles that shape the foundation of the program.
Through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and leadership development, ICE Boys learn the importance of self-discipline, accountability, and positive decision-making. The program addresses real-world challenges young men face, such as academic achievement, personal branding, peer influence, emotional intelligence, and professional development.
Since its inception, ICE Boy Empowerment has provided transformative experiences through school-based programs, community workshops, leadership retreats, and career exploration opportunities. Boys are challenged to define their image, develop strong character, and refine their etiquette—preparing them to lead with integrity in every aspect of life.
