EPIC LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
HIGH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The EPIC High School Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support high school boys and girls in their academic, professional, and personal development. The program kicks off with a celebratory induction, setting the stage for a year of growth and achievement. Students will engage in academic accountability sessions to stay on track with their studies while exploring various career paths through targeted career exploration activities. Professional development workshops will equip them with the skills needed for future success, and leadership development sessions will cultivate their ability to lead with confidence and integrity. The program also includes a focus on earning Ohio Means Jobs Readiness Seals, ensuring students are prepared for the workforce. Enriching field trips and relaxed teen hangouts provide a balanced experience, fostering both educational and social growth. Together, these components create a well-rounded program that empowers students to achieve their full potential.
