EPIC HIGH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The EPIC High School Young Professionals Leadership Academy is designed to help students in grades 9–12 build the confidence, leadership skills, professional habits, and relationships they need for what comes next—while still creating space to connect, have fun, and enjoy being a teenager.
For 2026, the program introduces two development tracks so students receive experiences appropriate for where they are in high school.
Two Grade Levels. Two Different Experiences.
Grades 9–10 | Explore + Build
A fun introduction to becoming a young professional. Students build confidence and social skills through interactive challenges, networking games, career exploration and teen experiences. They’ll learn how to introduce themselves, communicate professionally, use email, build relationships and confidently navigate new spaces.
Grades 11–12 | Prepare + Connect
A more advanced experience focused on what comes after high school. Students create resumes and business cards, strengthen public speaking and interviewing skills, build professional relationships, and explore college, careers, internships and other opportunities.
Both experiences include: leadership development, career exposure, guest professionals, interactive activities, social experiences and plenty of teen fun.
9–10: Discover who you are and how you show up.
11–12: Prepare for where you’re going and build the connections to get there.

Students will meet every Thursday for the first six weeks, followed by four sessions held every other Thursday:
